The biggest problem here is noise and inconsiderate tenants - coupled with management which stalls and doesn't act. I've had to call the local police and the apartment security at least four different times within the past year to deal with tenants holding very loud parties with doors open and folks out on balconies as late as four in the morning.

Worse yet, the curren t management seems incapable of enforcing leasing terms governing having pets in the apartment and creating disturbances which bother other neighbors. Tenants are not supposed to have pets without permission, yet the apartment above me has had a dog for six months now without permission. I began complaining about the barking almost from the time they moved in. There was a change of management and naturally the new managers said they could find no record of my complaints in the files although I showed them copies of my correspondence. Then they said the dog is in their in violation of the lease...give us 45 days and they will be gone. Recently I got a note saying, "the dog is no longer barking." No action.

I have also been complaining about a child who runs back and forth with pounding steps overhead. At times it rattles the dishes and it is not just a bit....but sometimes will last for several hours. Management's response....perhaps you would like to move to a top floor unit. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone looking for quiet and respect for your neighbors and if you have a problem and ask to have the clearly stated terms of your lease enforced, expect a lengthy stall followed by no real action.

I lived there for a few years and got out before we were killed. I advise you for your safety and sanity to prepare to move immediately no matter the cost. The police incidents, the breakins, the personal assaults, the attacks (things thrown at you) when you are out on the patio, verbal assaults from drugged up tenants and their year long unchecked visitors, the drugged up drunk drivers that smash into cars, the police visits, the arrests, the drug dealing, and yes, the pimping!, the screaming that goes on at 4am in their "beautiful" CESSpool, you don't know if it's rape or not, this places rates as a 5 star GHETTOPLEX. Document everything, get a laywer, but get out. Get out. Get out. RUN FOR YOU LIFE, the tenants of that place give "trailer trash" a good name. I KNOW people who wrote and say how much they like to live there, and they ARE the ones who are getting away with this criminal behavior. So if you're just out of jail, and want a place to hang out and be criminal, this is it, you'll get a free pass to do so. Others: run for your life.
