Good Home for a Good Price

I lived at Windrush Hills in Vallejo for six months. Even though they have been switching staff and currently changed management and owners, things have been looking up actually. The office staff now seems like they actually care about the apartments and residents and they have been hiring workers to come out and clean and do the lawns are stuff like that. FINALLY! The property was a mess but I here they are really trying to get some of the problem residents out and start brand new. I also heard they are going to be doing a lot of upgrades. I would recommend this place, for the price you can't do any better in South Vallejo.
