I moved into the Sonoma last year. When I signed my lease I was told that there would be security patrolling everyday and that the community would be "gated". I've seen the gates, yes. But I have yet to see them operable. And security' What security' My vehicles have been vandalized numerous times and the staff in the office could care less. There are supposed to be strict guidelines in the complex as far "quiet" hours. But without the security and the office staff unavailable after business hours the rules don't even exist. There are people running and screaming up and down the walkways. People yelling across the parking lot. This place is disgusting. Its cheap, and i guess you get what you pay for. Once my lease is up I'm out of here for sure.
