This place is a ---- hole. the landscaping is horrible, there are backups constantly from old pipes. we pay our rent and i would rather not have ------, sewer water running onto my patio or to my front door. This has happened to me twice this year. once in June and once in july. so a very nice plumber was called out. he seemed to be very nice. well, as he was snaking or whatever we talked a little about the management company as a whole. the office management during all of this was so pleasant. i believe her name was ms, kimberly. she was just tough enough and she had to be. this place is the pits. so anyway the plumber told me that the company had gone broke pretty much and was looking for ways to pay employees!!! AND all of the people that perform work at the apartments
