So far, I like it! - I've lived here for just over a month. The units are older (built in the '80s) but are reasonably well maintained. Scarry I lived there and it is ghetto. I used to hate walking in, becuase there used to be a big group of guys outside who would harrass me. I couple of where stabbed and i believe there was one killed when i lived there. I would not recommend thease apartments if you have any teenage kids.

Poor Sundance once was a nice place to live. Angela Issac was the manager but left. Every since she left their has been break-ins, cars being stolen and drug deals as well as drug attics living in the appartments. The security is poor, they don't show up until nite time around 9 p.m.

Its Decent I've lived her for about a year now its no luxury apartment but its a decent place to live its good for my small family it has a washer and dryer in each unit and air conditiong which is good ive had no problems with noise or people living here maintance has always came within hours

It's only OKAY This place was okay. Lived here for about a year. There is a big problem with mold and cats as some other people have mentioned. The management is friendly for the most part, and the maintenance is pretty fast when it comes to fixing a work order. The area can be pretty noisy

On Notice =( I'm on notice to vacate at Bay Village apartments, i'm honestly sad to leave. I lived in a 2bedroom with my husband and son. My upstairs water view was amazing it's so quiet here, if we didn't find such a cute house we would plan on staying many years to come.

SpringHill Garden,Vallejo, Ca I spent very short time there, I could only get half of the deposit after months and a lots of phone calls.
They charged me for the things they fixed before I move in and I couldn't get my mney back at all.
The management is very bad.they never answer
