I lived at 5524 Corteen. Furnace didnt work so no heat for three years, mold at every window, cars broken into repeatedly, and termites constantly crawling all over the kitchen floor. MS13 LA gangs moved in here, courtesy of manager Noel, also gang affiliated. I got jumped

Location. It couldn't be a better. Close to everything you will ever need. Either walking or a very short hop in the car.
