I STILL have nightmares about this place!

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2000

I lived there from 1994 till 2000. Financially I was stuck which is why I was there for so long. Even back then the building was INFESTED with roaches! Our monthly rent was $550.00 for a one bedroom! I cannot believe they are actually charging almost $1,200 now! That's a $650.00 increase in 9 years! That cannot be legal!
