Not Bad - Not a bad place to live in a pinch. The complex is pretty secure, manager is very good about the security. But the places surounding the area are not the best. But overall not a bad place to live. Some kids in the area but I have never heard them. Kind be very quiet at times, and then noisey. Honestly, a Great Value For the Money - We're from New York, and just spent our first year in CA here. Picked this place randomly, over the Internet. We definitely did well.
