	Very clean, quiet, comfortable place. Respectful manager. Most repairs are done quickly. The walls are thin - most 1-bedroom units are on the street side, and it can be very noisy. Leaving windows/patio doors open or enjoying time on the decently sized ... more

	Clean, quiet, secure, and reasonably priced. Property manager, Tim Tallent, is excellent. Maintenance always done in a timely manner. Building is spotless and rules are followed. Overall, a great experience. Thanks!
