Im an actor and go on auditions everywhere from Santa Monica to Hollywood to downtown LA and I've found that I'm located in a pretty good spot to easily do this. It's worth the savings compared to living closer to hollywood, or the westside. The property is nice and theyve got a nice pool and bbqs. Management is kind and always on site. I recommend these apartments
