No it isn't! It's the worst! Don't get me started on management! they change every few years to a new management company because the owners/investors can't seem to hire competent people to manage the place and turn it into a decent place to live. No No No, management is only concerned about how the pool chairs are arranged every morning and making sure the courtyard has just enough charm so they can fish more unknowing people into this --------!!!
