I have been her for 8 years and this is the BEST management team that has been here yet....

It's a nice property and finally staff members who care about keeping good residents.

Yeah right! You are CLEARLY on the management team because this place is a JOKE. The rent is def reasonable, but you will suffer as a result. The property is not kept up. And don't forget the roaches. I want OUT!!!!!! TAKE THE ADVICE I DIDN'T TAKE... DON'T MOVE HERE.

maybe if the other residents weren't slobs and actually knew how to make their trash into the dumpsters instead of leaving it in the trash shute rooms for someelse to throw away for them then there wouldnt be any bugs. Maybe that is too much to ask from all of you "actor's and artist's"? Also, the previous mgmt gave away the farm to get people in and those people are the ones who bring down the property. I know! I moved in when they did and saw who they were letting in. I notice the changes that are happening around the property and I think the new mgmt is doing a much better job than the previous mgmt. Here's a hint of advice to you : NO ONE IS FORCING YOU TO STAY! LEAVE IF IT ISN'T FOR YOU!

I have been trying to leave for months now. Our only option now is to stick it out or pay the penalty. Not sure what to do

It is so obvious that a staff member from the leasing office wrote this review! No denying it... how many people have agreed with you so far? Everyone hates this place, it's filthy and disgusting! I'M GLAD I LEFT!
