This place is absolutely horrible to live in. There are water leaks, trash, dog theses & ghetto people surrounding the entire premise. My bathroom had a huge leak & it took maintenance & ten phone calls to get them to come down & fix it. However fixed, they have not fixed the ceiling for about a week. So, I have an open ceiling showing mold & pipes w/ cardboard covering half of it. I have complained many times however they have not sent anyone to finish the job. Also, free utilities is BS. My heat does not work & neither does the air. This place is a scam & is not worth it. You'd be better off living in the ghetto.
