San Regis does a great job of masking HUGE PROBLEMS. Upon passing this Apartment community you are caught by the tropical colored painting, and upon stepping inside the gates you are swept away by the pool, landscaping and beautifully decorated and designed Leasing Office. THE STAFF CHANGES ON A DAILY BASIS. What happened to the awesome team' However, it is all a TRAP. It is like living within a designer SECTTION 8 COMMUNITY.
It is full of drugs in bldg 2 and 4.
It is also full of rodents and roaches. Although they have trash chutes, when you need to discard something of a larger nature you have to duck and dodge possums, raccons and rats. The roach problem is very severe here.
Instead of Management spraying each building they spray individual units and only when there is a problem, so the roaches run from apartment to apartment and finally they are back to yours. It is such a shame because the renovations inside the apartments are particulary nice. The roaches have a wonderful place to call home.
Also the "swamp cooler" what they consider air conditioning is very poor just like the maintenance staff who takes weeks to do a work order. Perhaps things would get done if MAINTENANCE wasnt throwing parties every night and stumbling around the property drunk, getting into fights with residents.
It's hard to keep the riff raff out when you have un-experienced leasing staff members in the office on a rotating basis. There has been a few great people like Heather and Lily who always got things done.
Now that they are gone, the property looks like it has fallen apart from the front curb appeal all the way to the leasing office.
