been here since October 05 and have seen management change a couple of times. Didn't really have any issues until I moved recently to a bigger apartment...the management changed, the heat doesn't work and there is no work in sight for that...trash is building up...the grounds are being kept up like they should..and the management team is clueless as to how to talk to tenants and help. I can't believe I am paying $1300 for rent when there are those only paying 600 and I have to live in filth!!!! About ready to take this a step higher.
