the WORST place i've ever lived. when moved in main water line was broken in living room soaking the floor and carpeting, took 2 months to fix (fixed, refixed, refixed, refixed, refixed, finally stopped soaking the floor with water) brand new dish washer improperly connected, and ruined all the food on the stove that was cooking, the stove is located 8feet across from the dish washer, when dish washer was on, broken faucet pipe would spray the dishwashing filth all over the kitchen. Once fixed dishwashing fluid temporarily drained into righthand sink like supposed' too. Roaches, waterbugs, and mold. riddle the apartment, the mold/waterbugs local to the swamp cooler (i.e. the apartments do NOT have A/C they have a swamp cooler system, do a google search to find out what that is, most 3rd world nations use them). Apartment has been broken into 2x, and screens ripped off windows and doors while sleeping. Security guards do not care, or does the management office when i tell them to at least replaced the screens. heat broke, so that it was 90-100 degrees in apartment for 3 weeks before a maintence guy would look at it. he fixed it in 15min. avoid this complex like the plague. it does have nice features like a tennis court, pool, spa, and gym. But how much can you enjoy those things knowing everytime you leave your apartment there will be an attempted/successful robbery that only you care about'

the furnished kitchen comprises of the cheapest appliance set you can get at bestbuy for $600. Combined with a complete lack of competenice during their installation you'll have a dishwasher that doesn't work, a microwave that can't cook anything bigger than popcorn, and a stove on a 30 degree slant making it impossible to cook something as simple as a fried egg.
