Drugs, prostitutes, homeless people...irresponsible, abrasive, and downright NASTY management...closing the pool for over a month in the summer when it was perfectly fine...closing the parking lot for weeks...no heat in winter, no air in summer, mold, leaks, etc...and then they raise the rent''' I got smart and moved out after I did some research and found that you can get a BIGGER, CHEAPER apartment with everything WORKING in a MUCH BETTER neighborhood. I have been out for 2 months now and am still fighting to get my security deposit back after it was promised in "21 days" by management. I was a perfect tenant -gave them absolutely no trouble- and they don't even have the decency to return a phone call about my missing check. RIDICULOUS!

I have been living at this place for some time now. They recently changed the management (yet again) and the current management seems to be doing a decent job. The previous management - Pinnacle Real Estate Management - did a very poor job. The managers and leasing agents were one of the worst and the most stupid I've seen. They did an absolutely sloppy job. Hope the new management is better. In any case, I will be moving out of this place in few months.
