this is by far the worst place i have ever lived at. the management is incompetent and extremely rude. the apartment is old and run-down. the so-called "renovations" are complete BS. there are old pipes running through the entire apartment that make quite a bit of noise. the hallways are also enclosed so if you're near the trash can it smells like a complete dump. the residents are rude as well. they often throw away items that are too big for the chute and don't bother to walk it down to the huge dumpster. the trash is always over-flowing. there are also bums that come on to the "private and secure" property and go through the trash bins everyday. they have even done this in front of the security guards who do nothing. we once has only scalding hot water coming in the sink and shower for four days! the water was so hot it burned my hand! i had to go shower at a friends house. i also accidentally locked myself out of the apartment once and when i called the emergency number i got no answer and no one ever called me back. the "heated" pool is not heated at all. and the spa has never fully worked since i moved in. don't believe anything the management team says. oh and there are prostitutes on the street behind the building (voss). i'm so glad my lease is up next month! stay away!!!
