These office people are something else. I had to go on 10 days business trip so I was loading up my goods and I totally forgot about loading up my 3 fishing rods and 2 reels for my business use. I left them at basement garage. When I contacted to men in the office with my cell phone from 100 miles away, they were saying it is not their responsibility but they finally agreed to pick my rods and reels up from where I left them. I also called them for confirmation that they picked up my goods as well. Well When I came back from business trip, I went to the office for my goods; no one knows anything about it. They are so unprofessional and not trustable.
They also noted that they only have two men in their office who can speak in English.
