I wish I would have read these reviews before coming here.

The management never does anything, they are totally incompetent. They keep promising, "We will call you by the end of the day." I have yet to receive one phone call in the 6 months here.

Upon moving in, there was a list of things wrong with the apartment. They have yet to be fixed.

Can I ask, as a prospective future resident...what is the noise level like? Are the walls fairly thick at least? Are you able to hear the apartment next to you? I am in a place now that has HORRIBLE noise levels, and I really hope it's different at San Regis...can anyone let me know, honestly? Thanks!
