Ok look, it's an old building, what are some of these people expecting'! For the location, the price, the quick response time of management and maintenance .you really can not beat this place. I really can t believe the responses of some of the prima donnas that live in this place. I mean really, it's not going to be like a brand new multi-million dollar condo or hotel get over yourself.

Wow. Prima donnas, eh? What a crock. Don't listen to this person. He or she is either the manager or people associated with the building owners. Yes, the building is old. But that doesn't entitle the manager to act the way she did. Nor does it excuse rampant flooding and termites. This place seemingly had everything, but it was falling apart and run by a really unpleasant person. THAT'S the big draw back. I could have probably lived with all the problems, but she was just not an easy person to do business with.
