Karen, the building manager, is the least friendly person in the world. The woman who works the weekend is far nicer. Their mode of communicating to tennents about anything (leaving a note on your door) is horribly inefficient and a sign to anyone that you are out of town. They have shut my water and/or power off several times for a day for whatever reason with no notice. They do a good job of keeping the areas clean, though. A good spot as long as you don't have to deal with Karen. Buses outside are also very, very noisy
