The manager (Karen Tate) is an unprofessional rude unhappy soul. She does not belong in Venice. Almost Everyone i have ever met that lives and manages in Venice, loves Venice and loves the beach life. I love living here!!!!!!! I've been living here for the past three years and I have had a great time. I'm near the beach and Abbot Kinney ... what more could you want? There's laundry facilities on-site (unlike my last place) and my neighbors are really friendly.

Don't live here. Karen, the building manager, is the least friendly person in the world. The woman who works the weekend is far nicer. Their mode of communicating to tennents about anything (leaving a note on your door) is horribly inefficient and a sign to anyone that you are out of
