Robbery and Attempted Murder - First time I lived here it was quiet and nice place to live. We moved back here for my job and moved right back in we loved it so much. Pet Friendly i really enjoyed living at woodside village apartments. all neighbors were friendly to greet you. the 2 things that i loved the most were it is pet friendly and several things are walking distance from the apartments including a water park with big lawns were my dog was able to play.

Gross If you love snails then this is the place for you. They are EVERYWHERE!! Mama snails, daddy snails, baby snails... Jefferson has them all! I have never seen so many snails in my life. You will NOT go out onto your patio or balcony without seeing at least 3-4 snails.

Unreal lease renewal rent increase. Love the maintenance crew. They are the best. My neighbors are very respectful. I love the fact they allow me to have my dogs. The rent increase at lease renewal time is outrageous. I feel that they are completely holding us hostage.
