My husband and I were told to send our application, the fee, and a hundred dollar deposit. We are from out of state so we were a little leary of sending a hundred dollars. After all was said and done we decided to go elsewhere and asked for our hundred dollars back. It has been over a month and we still have not seen our money. Finally after my husband called numberous times we are still waiting for our money. Still it has been over a month and we are just now finding out that we may have to wait another 21 days for our money to be returned. We sent a money order that was cashed within a week of arriving to the property. Hopefully this is not a normal practice for this apartment complex. Just a warning before you rent!
