I've been living here at The Colony apartments for almost year and have noticed some very nice changes taking place. Management is very friendly and genuinely seems to care about the people that live here. I've got great neighbors. They also been renovating which I think shows that the management company cares about the property. Within the year I've seen some people that didn't seem too nice but honestly it's kind of like that everywhere in Victorville anyways those people only last a couple of months here, so management must be doing something right. The Colony feels like family, it feels like home. Maintenance is fine everything gets done in a timely manner. The landscaping is marvelous here in the desert you don't see too much green so it makes me feel when I look out the windows like I'm not even in the desert. I also like the fact we get a garage free of charge(which is assigned 1 per apartment for your vehicle or belongs your choice-but it garauntees you a secure parking space) and free cable. Great value for the price. I would recommend The Colony apartments to anyone and everyone!
