The manager picks and chooses which people and kids she wants to mess with. Some kids will be in the play ground before it opens and long after its closed. Depending on whose kids they are its ok. For six months we watched the kids everyday on skateboards and scooters which is against the rules and I watched others take them out for the first time and she took them away, storing them in her house or garage. Some how she thinks she can take their stuff and keep them. In any country that's a thief. Quiet time only applies to some people and don't think for a minute that their is a quiet time, depending on who they are you can either play your music all night or she'll call security on you before quiet time. They advertise two pools and a laundry room, what a joke. I've only seen one pool open at a time and they don't maintain them, when one turns green the other one opens, the laundry room the washers water is turned down with the knobs taken off so they only fill up half way and the dryers if you lucky you'll chose the right one that actually works. They give you a notice if your rent isn't paid by the first even though you have to the fifth but don't count on them calling you back if they owe you money. They remodeled and they put on a good front when your going to move in but don't be fooled that changes fast.
