Maintenance is terrible at times. They do fix things, but it will take at least 1-2 months for things to be corrected and you have to keep bugging them to fix things, but if you have an emergency maintenance problem they come immediately. The office manager Cathy is extremely nice. these apartments have the best backyards I've seen. the storage rooms are excellent. This apartments laundry facility definitely needs new washers and dryers installed. security is great to. My neighbors are extremely nice most of the time and they keep to themselves. Really close to stores and public transportation.
