management changes every three months, constantly loosing paperwork between managers.

most buildings empty
management not responsible for auto theft

slow maintainence
dumpster-divers
homeless living in storage rooms and garages

Ugh. I totally agree. We were crammed into a two-bedroom for 15 months and it was the worst place ever. Trash all over the place, two shootings in the back alley, shoddy construction (you could see the place falling part in the garage!), and the ice at the bottom of the steps from the over-active or broken sprinklers in winter...I don'tknow how many times it flooded and we had to take the back stairs to get in. The pool was awful,too. It was almost never cleaned and looked like the swamp in Dagobah most of the time. Iam soooo glad we're out of there. It needs ot be condemned and torn down. :(
