If this is all your budget can afford then so be it. THe complex is full of low income and section 8 tenants. IT's not in a desirable neighborhood. The only saving grace is the large church which is about 2 blocks away. You can walk to the Walmart from this complex. There is a gate with an intercom to buzz guests in and out. Tenants have assigned parking.
