I have never encountered more problems than I have at these apartments. Living in this place has been hazardous to my safety and property. I have experienced break-ins resulting in a loss of approximately $5,000. Which occured during afternoon daylight hours with security on duty. Vandalism of several vehicles including a hit and run while parked in my assigned parking carport, and the attempeted theft of another vehicle. The model apartment I was shown was in far far better condition that the actual apartment I was given, and although the maintence crew is very nice they do shotty second rate work. When I was broken into my front door was kicked in maintence did a crappy job when replacing the door leaving small holes and chips in the plaster around the door frame. My door which was normally white like all the others was left brown and was said to be painted later, was only painted after I finally called to complain that I had family coming for the holidays and would like it to look nice. Although the grounds look like it is a nice place to live this is by far the worst place I've ever lived. And although the office staff are caring when you are wanting to move in the caring ends there, and security here is an absolute joke. Run while you still can!!!
