The premises are adequate. Laudry facilities are sparse and far apart considering the number of units on the property. Usual problems with stolen laundry, vehicles broken into, but not a constant crime-fest...usual crime problems, nothing major. A basically safe community, but if you know the tricks and locations is pretty easy to get into the community. If you go month to month rent goes up about $100.00 per month...rather high. It is a generally clean property. Nothing special. Units are kind of small though, and could use wiring upgrading for phone/poss. electrical.
