I have been living in this complex for about 6 months while house hunting. It was the only complex in victorvile that would accept large dogs ( larger than 20 lbs), which was critical for me. I have not experienced any of the crime reported, but am aware of it. Having a big dog has been a bit of a deterrent, I guess. Staff is a bit of a pain to deal with. Information on closures of facilities, changes to procedures and policies is typically late, incomplete, and inaccurate. Complex is fairly quiet and nicely landscaped. My experience here was ok, the unit I had was adequate and my neighbors were very nice.
