I have lived here for two years so I should know what I am talking about right' I can't wait to get out. I should have been leary when we came in to move and the apartment was NOT clean. Security, what security, they are never there when I call and when they are around they are hanging out by the gate chatting with their ghetto friends. There are some people in my building that blatantly smoke marijuana out on their balcony. To each their own but I don't want to smell it. I put my complaints in writing like the office staff said to but nothing got done. I have indoor animals and when they put a notice on my door saying they needed entry I said no because I am not going to be there and I don't want them leaving the door open they told me "Too bad, we notified you so we can have entry." They frequently shut off water and electricity without notice. I live in a downstairs apartment and the upstairs neighbors bang away and the office does nothing leaving me to stare at my ceiling fan rattle. Did I mention they put a big yellow metal pole in the middle of my parking space' There is only one entrance and exit to this place god forbid if we have a fire we will all die. Upon signing my second year lease I thought my rent would stay the same as it normally does for loyal and repeat customers but NO they jacked it up and I have no idea what they do with that extra money. Maybe they are joining my neighbors smoking mary jane upstairs.
