When you tour the place, they say and promise you the world: "It's safe!", "It's fun!", "We have a great sense of community!". But after you sign the lease, all that vanishes like a puff of smoke. The "security guards" are a joke. I've seen them less than 5 times in the past 3 years, and the lease includes a disclaimer saying they offer you no protection. The grounds are over-watered to the point of being a swamp, both pools were closed last summer due to heath department violations, but the residents were not told anything about this. And what about the murder here last fall'
