I was scheduled to move into these apartments TODAY. The lady, Talia, was very nice and very helpful, but we (my boyfriend and I) weren't allowed to see the apartment until two days ago. When we actually looked at it, it definatley wasn't going to be worth the money. It was repainted, but the stove was falling apart and the bathroom was very crappy. Not to mention, we were shown a model and were told that there would be a small difference in layout, no big deal, but it would be just as clean and nice. NOT! It was far from it. Unfortuantely, because we were not satisfied and decided not to move in, the kept our 100 dollar deposit. I know that you have to sign all that crap, but you don't realize how much it sucks until it happens. And when we finally did get to look at it, we walked through the premises, finding that the farther back you went the less apealing it became. It's definately an appeal thing: you walk it, it's all pretty, but you go to the back, and it sucks. And the second pool was torn apart, who knows why. One more thing, they jacked up our security deposit from 500 to 840 not because of low credit scores, but because we didn't have a lot of things that we had paid on. WTF is that all about' It shouldnt matter how many things we pay on, but IF we pay on them. I was very disappointed and am GLAD I am not moving in right now.
