I lived here one year and couldn't wait to break my lease. The gates were broken most of the time, anyone can come in and many times there were people hanging around that didn't live there. My car was busted into and the office seemed to not care very much. Office put a lot of the renters $$$$ into repainting the buildings, but how about some security'''' One time it snowed and my heater was broken and it was freezing!! It took them a few days, but the office put a new thermostat in the apartment, at least they offered me a space heater. Office staff is so-so, Angelo was pretty nice, hopefully he is still there. But the low-income, low-class surrounding neighbors made this a bad experience for me. I couldn't wait to move and would never live here again. If you don't have a car or anything worth value, then it is safe for you. Otherwise, prepare to get robbed!
