Well when we came here for the appointment and paperwork, It all looked very nice. Ruth was very nice and friendly. My husband and I had out move-in date and well we got everything ready and headed here from Los Angeles. We were running a little late and so I called them to let them know we were on our way, they said they will wait for us. I know they were there since early morning but come on how hard was it for them to wait 5 more minutes. My husband and i got there with the helpers and well they were gone the office was closed when i had called them 6 minutes before to let them know how close we were. We didnt know what to do since we didnt have a place to stay and my husband had his first day at work the next day. We ended up renting a room at this hotel and left our truck with all our stuff parked outside, hoping it was safe. The next day we told them everything and all they said was that they were tired and decided to go home. We were furious. We have been here a year and well glad that our lease is over cause we are moving the hell out. Not to mention one night someone started kicking our door. My husband ran out in his boxers and everything ready to fight. It was scary. People always yelling at 3 in the morn' man im always jittery around this place. Fortunately nothing really really bad has happened.

You will find at almost every apartment that there are people yelling at 3am
