I lived in this complex for almost 6-months. During that time maintenance had to relight the pilot on my water heater at least twice a month, the toilet from the neighbor upstairs ran all night for an entire weekend, and I had to stuff a sheet around the entire front door to keep the wind and lizards out. Then the complex changed management and things got considerably worse. The new management was nothing close to being as responsible as the previous manager, and when I moved I had to have the carpet professionaly cleaned and show a receipt; when you do your first walk through before renting, make sure you raise up the top of the stove---they expect you to clean the last tenants crumbs and grease or they will charge you for it. The units are dark, the "security" gate stayed open all night for months because it was either broken or someone blocked it open and my daughter's car was broken into right outside the gate. If I had it do again, I'd choose Mountain Vista!
