The maintenance dept of this apartment is at its worst. First & foremost, there are lots of issues in the apartment like kitchen disposer stops working, kitchen closet dont close, door bell needs repair... to name a few. It takes a minimum of 2-3weeks for the maintenance guy to work on it. If inquired about this, the management says "there are around 200 apts in the complex & it takes time. There are just 2 guys working". Well I think the number of apts is the same in all complexes in the city-state-country, so why dont they do something about it. If there were not other conveniences near this apt like closeness of freeway, grocery, I would have long vacated this place.
Dont ever think of Newporter if Maintenance is your priority.
Also Management Manager has the worst attitude.
