Rent started at $385 a month (lease) for a one bedroom when I moved here two years ago. They have slightly increased, but you won?t find a better deal anywhere in Victorville. These buldings were originally built to be condos because of a work plant that was supposed to develop across the street, but when it fell through, and since these units were already half-way finished, the city stepped in a rented them out.



There is a courtesy patrol person on duty, swimming pool, a nice, sandy playground area, and a well kept laundry facility if you don?t want to put a washer/dryer unit in your apartment.



Overall, it?s been a nice place to live.

I so agree. this is the best place in town Worth it and it is so quite here.
