Horrible staff, but the better of the San Diego low budget choices.

My Vista Hacienda experience started off as a nice one, but turned very sour very fast. Their staffing was completely rude, every single time there was an issue. I felt as if the management there was taking their bad home lives out on me and my roomate. If they have new staffing since August 03, I recommend checking them out because the facility is very nice.
