VH was a pretty good place to live. I was there from 02-03 while stationed at Pendelton. Yes, they were thin walls, but the neighbors weren't too bad. There is one hot girl in the office there. I would make up some reason to go into the office on the weekend, but never had the courage to ask her out. Vista isn't the best place for kids, but for young adults, the price is right & the pool is warm.
