The grounds are nice and well-kept. Laundry closes at 10pm. My unit does not have a parking space assigned--apparently they ran out of covered spots and do not reserve uncovered spots. (I was not informed of this until the second time I looked at the apartment and was ready to sign a lease. No other comparable units were available at that point.) I usually end up parking on the street and walking in on a dimly-lit path, sometimes very late at night. There never seems to be enough parking for guests, let alone residents. The units are well-kept and fairly up-to-date. Upstairs patios are a little smaller than the downstairs. Living room and master are very roomy. Nice place for the price, but make sure you understand the parking limitations before moving in. That extra 5-10 minutes a day can be a real headache.
