I have lived here for awhile and overall it has been a good experience. Pomelo Dr is a VERY noisy street and I was told when I moved in that is was not heavily travelled and was quiet. The quality of the cabinets and fixtures is typical of apts....cheap. Overall though for what I pay I am getting a good place to live.
