hmmm, where should i begin' they are really nice when they want your business, and i think that's the only time i have seen one of the staff smile. the rent was decent for the size apartment we lived in, but it was an unrenovated model
i've had my car broken into TWICE while on the premisis. the theives attempted to take out my stereo, broken windows, and stole property out of my trunk. THIS WAS WHILE MY CAR WAS PARKED IN MY CAR PORT. TWICE. where was the security they supposedly have' when i filed a police report the officer explained to me that this was a very hot/cold area. one week they might get no calls for break ins, then another week they'll get 15. what, does the security guard go on vacation with no fill in'''
and here's what really did me in on this place. we are GOOD tenants. we pay rent on time EVERY month (sometimes sacrificing trips to the grocery store) we pay all utilities in full every month. we're looking to have somebody take over our lease (we are relocating out of state for business reasons and that is what THEIR OFFICE recommend we do instead of paying our way out). we had about four applicants, all very qualified to take over the lease (one woman made about twice as much as we did a month, and provided proof) the denied EVERY ONE OF OUR APPLICANTS. oh, wait they approved one of them, but the snakes actually weasled him out of signing onto our lease and had him sign his own! okay, if you are going to recommend something for me to do, don't go back on your word when i try to do what i'm told.
in conclusion, the complex is nice. 2 pools, a fitness center, and plenty of laundromats. the apartment was a decent size. so if you don't mind being at the mercy of money-hungry scoundrels (who once you've signed onto a lease and they have you locked in, don't give two cents about you) then go ahead and move in. enjoy your stay in hell, i mean... Bella Terra

it can't be any worse than camden apartments. $1,500.00 per month for a one bedroom, security who must be dispatched from another location (between 7:00pm and 8:00am only), laundry machines that always break down, fire and vandalism in the elevators, clean-up crews who don't clean up, "forced" cable (even if you have satellite), and a crew that speaks no english. oh, and the pools and jacuzzi are always cold.
