Parking can be a nightmare with two cars. Apartments are average, not too bad, but when it changed from Vista Hacienda to Bella Terra, rent increased too much to cover their upgrade costs. Laundry facilities are so-so, but the card system is bad. Air conditioners are way too loud. The grounds are well kept and have nice vegetation. Generally quite atmosphere, loud neighbors can happen anywhere. Staff is generally friendly, no problems with them. Those who complain about the staff tend to be rulebreakers anyways.
