It's pretty safe to say that folks who are in a 3-bedroom more than likely have more than one car. So, get this: For $1565 a month, your second car gets to park out on the STREET if you come in after 8:00. That's because the "open" parking spaces are taken up by people who don't even live here or pay rent on the property (nevermind the sign out front that says "Parking by permit only. Don't kid yourselves: there ARE no "permits.")
