we lived at Bella terra for a year. It was nice.The only major complaint we had is that there is absolutely no parking after 4pm. Don't try to leave your spot because when you come back you will be forced to park on the street. Weekends are especially bad. Residents who have carports never park in them choosing instead to park directly in front of their building instead of their spots.Apartments themselves are ok but on the small side. The new cabinets are flimsy. You don't hear any noise from your neighbors unless they slam their doors which rocks the entire building. Area is nice, security drives through on a regular basis. Maintenance is top notch and come right away to fix any problems. Leasing staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately rent increases are high but is the same everywhere in California. Overall would recommend it to others.
