My wife and I moved into Bella Terra at the beginning of 2006. At first the staff was very friendly and it seemed like a good move as it was close to work, shopping etc. After a few months and having to deal with the staff, my god how things have changed. If you have a question, dont bother calling, no one will ever call you back. The parking absolutely sucks, no one parks in their spaces, they choose to take the open visitor ones and leave their own spaces open for friends. The ONE good thing about Bella Terra is the maintenence crew. Almost all of them are very friendly and things around the place are fixed quickly (probably because they work for Nazis). All in all I rate Bella Terra a 1 out of 100, this place is horrible.
